The vocab words for this week are.
1. Represent- how you present yourself to others on and offline. Example- if joey represents himself well online he will not offend or be offended online.
2. Persona- an image or personality that you portray to others. Example- If you show a bad persona of yourself online it could affect your future in more ways than one.
3. Avatar- a image or graphic that represents who you are online. Example- Bob's avatar on schoology has spiky hair with red tips.
4. Anonymous- when your identity is hidden from the public. Example- Kyle is anonymous online there for no one knows who he is. Picture found here. taken11
5. Inhibited- carefully or restraining your actions as well as your impulses. Example- Lucy is very inhibited with her actions when it comes to tweeting or texting. The web 2.0 tool this week is Glogster. Glogster is a blog site that allows you to use blogging aspects with it revolving more around pictures. This web 2.0 device is VERY easy to use, but is a bit annoying in some aspects. One one of the annoying aspects is when you are downloading pictures it rather rather you use your own pictures, unlike downloading them from other sites.Glogster can be found here
The other thing that we used this week is DDL. DDL or Digital Drivers License is a site that kids use that prepares them for the internet. What we learned this week is what and what not to select in email or internet sites. A good example is is your bank sends a message asking for information, you should automatically not select it because it is fake. Banks only call for information because it is not safe to send it via internet.
All in all this week has been great. Halloween is next week and then october will be over.

I think you had an interesting blog. I like the examples you gave. As for suggestions, first off your introduction sounds like a jumble of words and doesn't even sound like a proper introduction. Try doing a break down of what you are going to talk about. You cited your picture wrong. Try putting more positive aspects of Glogster. Also the DDL talked about privacy too. Your conclusion was strong and flowing( great job.)
